I Love Gardening!

Nothing as fulfilling as watching
your plants grow from seed.
Gardening is more than just planting a few seeds and hoping that you get a bountiful harvest.

Gardening is about loving what you do so much that you take the time to care for and grow nutritious fruits and vegetables for yourself and for your family. It's about enjoying life, enjoying what God has given us every day since the beginning of time. It's about watching something so small as a seed grow into something that can either shade you, feed you, or just help you enjoy life more fully.

When I started gardening 8 years ago, I really didn't know what to expect. But now I believe that gardening has been the single most stress-free way to deal with the busyness of life. I love going outside, feeling the sun on my skin, musing over each plant and what colors, smells, and other rewards gardening gives me.

Practically speaking I do save a lot of money starting my vegetables and fruits by seed or by buying seedlings and watching them grow and enjoying the bounty. But psychologically speaking it separates me from being in front of the computer all day. I would highly suggest starting a garden for anyone old or young, whether you know a little or a lot. Once starting to garden you will find it difficult to end and you will wonder what you have been living all of this time without gardening. So please enjoy this blog and enjoy sharing with me what I've grown in the past and hopefully it could help you in your endeavors as a gardener.
