Bounteous Harvest
So, having such a wonderful harvest right here inside my home, it's hard to believe that now I have a new problem. It's that I have too many herbs to harvest! So I'm planning to do what I do when I have the same issue during the late spring and early summer....
The process I use to dry my herbs:

Fist I lay my herbs on a paper towel and then cover them with another paper towel.

This is what I get after the drying process.

To check, I also crush one in my fingers. It should crush into a powder. If not ready yet, don't forget to add another 20 to 30 seconds.

Then I put it in a mason jar and seal it until necessary. Usually, I use a coffee grinder to make a fine powder, but since I only have a few leaves (for now), I will wait until I have some more.
So now I'm completely convinced that the AeroGarden is a great way for me to get my seeds started and even grow and maintain some herbs throughout the year. And since this device is now using LCD grow lights, I feel better about leaving it on autopilot throughout the years to come.
P.S. I'd like to apologize for being a week late on this update. As you can imagine, Spring is right around the corner and my garden is buzzing with new tasks in preparation.
